John likes working in renewable energy; he left once but came back and is currently CEO of King Energy, a local solar power company geared to multi-tenant commercial properties. He has an enviable record of building and scaling successful companies – King is his 10th startup, repeating his long string of successes.
Like John, I am in favor of seeing LPEA depart from its Tri-State contract, which severely limits use of renewables. Tri-State has a huge debt from investing in coal, and I for one, don’t want my money supporting coal. A vote for John Witchel is an investment for a better future.
