Traffic on CR 501 was backed up as the charter bus circled the roundabout four times. The bus was paid for by parents and team fans.

Supported by proud parents, relatives and cheering fans, the Bayfield High School football team departed Friday morning for Greeley.
At 1 p.m. Saturday, they play Resurrection Christian for the state 2A football semi-final.
The players and staff are riding in a charter bus and were escorted out of town by personnel from the Bayfield Marshal's Office, La Plata County Sheriff's Office, Southern Ute Wildlife Office and Upper Pine River Fire Protection District.
It was filmed by Jesse Lasater, a BHS alum and professional filmmaker.
The game will be broadcast by KLJH 107.1 FM. The Times will provide quarterly updates on our web and facebook pages. Spirit banners are in this Friday's edition of the Pine River Times and also are available at the Times office at 832 CR 510, across from Bayfield High School.
