Pelvic Floor 101, a free workshop about women’s health, will be offered from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Nifty Nanny day care center in the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave.
Cindy Schmidt, a physical therapist and women’s health advocate, will lead the introductory workshop.
Child care will be provided by Nifty Nanny.
Donations are encouraged and benefit the Women’s Resource Center.
