The Crow Canyon Archaeological Center near Cortez is hosting a three-week National Endowment for the Humanities workshop on ancestral Puebloans next summer.
Twenty-five K-12 educators, including three graduate students, will study the native Puebloans of the central Mesa Verde region from June 28 to July 18. Crow Canyon will choose participants from across the country.
Each participant will receive a stipend of $2,700 to help cover expenses. The deadline for applying is March 2. Email NEHInstitute2015@crowcanyon.org for details and application instructions.
