The Cortez Journal and The Durango Herald did themselves a great disservice when they published a story (Herald and Journal, July 10) such as the one saying Cortez is one of the state’s worst places to live. Is it?
This is the peak of illiteracy even though the story hides behind a North Carolina-based website called “infotainment” Roadsnacks.net.
Please do better than this, even though it might be a slow news day.
