San Juan Mountains Association, in coordination with Centennial Canoe, will hold a canoe trip, and fundraiser, on the Yampa River June 17-19.
Fort Lewis College professor of history and southwest studies, Andrew Gulliford, will attend the trip to provide stories and information about the area. A naturalist will also be there to identify local flora and fauna.
