Erica Tucker will give a lecture about project archaeology at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at Canyons of the Ancients Visitor Center and Museum, 27501 Highway 184, in Dolores.
Tucker is the education manager for Friends of Cedar Mesa. Project archaeology uses archaeological inquiry to build understanding of past and present cultures and improve social studies and science education.
This free event is part of the Four Corners Lecture Series.
