Electrical undergrounding work will occur at the south end of Iris Park Tuesday through Wednesday. A small part of the park will be closed to the public during construction, which will involve excavation and underground work to remove existing overhead electrical lines.
This work will occur in Schneider Park Thursday through Tuesday. Construction will be within the eastern edge of the park between Animas River Trail and the Animas River. The Animas River Trail will have a single pedestrian lane open for the public. Bicyclists should dismount and walk bicycles through the marked construction area.
