Congress must hold Trump accountable

History in many ways began with the incompletely released Mueller report.

While I personally cannot wait for the full, unredacted version, the one released shows a shameful president and presidency.

While I am greatly relieved that there was no hand-in-hand, give-and-take agreement with President Vladimir Putin, it’s clear that Russia had its hands all over the administration of President Donald Trump and its officers and agents and that none of them alerted the FBI!

Further, it is more clear than ever that Trump abused his constitutional authority and actively sought to block, impede and prematurely end the investigation.

It is also clear that the checks and balances in our Constitution need to be enacted.

Which side of history will our members of Congress fall on? Will they stand with the Constitution, or will they be the proverbial nail in the coffin that buries it forever?
