Natural Grocers will host a cooking for a healthy gut class from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the store, 1123 Camino Del Rio.
The class will discuss combining prebiotics and probiotics into every day meals. The class is sponsored by Blueprints for Hope with a generous grant from LPEA.
There is no need to register. Walk-ins are welcome.
