Avoid ‘rigmarole’ in abortion law

All this rigmarole and needlessly long, intensive, verbiage could be avoided. The law should say what it means. “If you are a female of any age residing in Colorado, and you are pregnant (with child), you have the personal right to terminate that pregnancy at any time, as you wish, up to date of birth of the fetus. Parental or spousal consent is not required.”
