The local Solar Home Tour on Sat. Oct. 1, will be a great opportunity to see energy-efficient homes designed to showcase the clean energy of our amazing solar resource here in the Southwest.
To what degree will the Homebuilders' Parade of Homes highlight the energy efficiency and operational carbon emissions of their show homes? Hopefully, some day soon the energy and climate impacts of our homes will be equally as important to the public as the glitz of the latest home fashions.
