Concerning the planned “luxury RV park“ at Trimble Lane – has the county made a condition of the development that the owner (Scott Roberts) grant a permanent public easement to the boat launch at Trimble Lane Bridge?
Is Roberts willing to agree to an easement for the public to continue to use this boat launch? It has been used for decades and is the only public access boat launch spot on the Animas River north of Durango. Is this access going to be destroyed? Does anyone care? Boaters?
