“The Big, Ugly Bill” cutting Medicaid and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to underprivileged citizens, including children and the disabled. Health and Human Services uninviting members of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases Society, et al, to be involved in work groups for the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. The list of “cuts” goes on and on.
Sen. Joni Ernst of Iowa was right, “we are all going to die …” It looks to be sooner rather than later!
