The Heritage Foundation is a leading conservative think tank whose stated vision is building an America where freedom, opportunity and prosperity flourish. Its election fraud database should be trusted – especially by Republicans.
That database tracks fraud cases across all 50 states from 1982 to 2024. During those 42 years, Colorado recorded 24 cases, Georgia 36, Arizona 40, Florida 93 and Texas 113. Most involved individuals with prior criminal records attempting to vote. Almost none involved illegal immigrants. Florida, Texas and other states have spent millions on voter integrity enforcement and came up empty-handed.
Yet President Donald Trump’s “Save the Vote Act” would disenfranchise millions of legitimate voters who lack the required documentation – a sweeping solution to a nonexistent problem. The Republican-controlled House passed it anyway, including Jeff Hurd, our own CD-3 representative.
The “Save the Vote Act” is a solution in search of a nonexistent problem. With our Congressman Hurd having voted for it, talk to your family, friends and anyone who will listen – our voting system is safe and secure.
