I had the honor to work with Kip Koso for years on the Local First Board of Directors. His leadership during my term was exemplary. He has the patience and listening skills that are required to be an effective and fair leader. I speak from many decades of leadership experience in the Durango community. As a leader, there are times when extremely tough decisions have to be made. We can trust that Kip Koso will do his homework and make good decisions.
