“Let’s Taco ‘Bout Organics!” is a class that showcases the benefits of eating organically.
The class, taught by Lee Hayes, will be offered from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Natural Grocers Demo Kitchen, 1123 Camino del Rio.
Participants will discover fresh ways to make taco fillings and toppings using 100 percent organic produce.
