Broker Associate Rebecca Balboni has joined forces with Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors.
Balboni is a certified real estate negotiation expert and designated seller’s representative specialist. She is active in the local equestrian community, serving as president of the board of the Four Corners Dressage and Combined Training Association and the parade coordinator for the Durango Cowboy Poetry Gathering. She is an active member of the Four Corners Backcountry Horsemen.
Rebecca is also a dedicated advocate for the protection of property rights and serves on Colorado Association of Realtor’s Legislative Policy Committee as well as serving as the Durango Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee Chair. Her commitment to ongoing training, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm for the Durango area, creativity and keen problem-solving skills fuel her results.
