Durango woman is missing

Authorities ask for help in finding at-risk Durango woman

Durango police are asking the public for help in locating a 30-year-old woman who last was seen March 30. Foul play is not suspected, but there is concern for her welfare.

Chelsea Ruby Woodruff last was seen at Albertsons supermarket, where she is employed. She was wearing blue jeans and carrying a backpack.

Her cellphone has been turned off, and police have not been able to locate it. It is not known if she remains in Durango.

Woodruff is an at-risk adult because of a medical condition, according to a release from the city of Durango. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, is 5 feet 1 inch and weighs 135 pounds.

Police began looking for Woodruff immediately and entered her name in the national database as a medically endangered adult.
