Bloom Cafe, a cafe with an emphasis on organic healthy foods, opened Jan. 17 at 309 West College Dr. (in the Albertsons parking lot) in Durango.
In-house baker Kristin Wheelock bakes fresh bread and pastries daily. The cafe serves sandwiches, soups, salads and to-go and eat-in entrees for lunch and dinner. Bloom Cafe’s food is organic, locally-sourced and sustainable.
Owner and herbalist Andrew Krull provides all-natural and organic plans to treat certain ailments. The cafe also offers herbal remedies off the shelf from sleep aids to salves.
