A pelvic floor class will be offered from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the demonstration kitchen at Natural Grocers, 1123 Camino del Rio.
The class will educate people about the pelvic floor, which is a core and foundation of the body, and give suggestions to help rid tension or solve problems in that area. Cindy Schmidt will teach a female class, and Dennis O’Brien will teach a male class.
The event is free and open to all.
