Animas Surgical Hospital will hold a free online foot, knee and ankle seminar for active adults from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Attendees will learn how to stay safe and injury-free on the trails, road or slopes this winter. Topics covered include plantar fasciitis, IT band issues, meniscus tears, shin splints and other conditions affecting the knee, foot and ankle.
The seminar will be led by Dr. Domenic Esposito with Animas Orthopedic Associates. Esposito is fellowship-trained in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery.
