ATV stolen from Durango Youth Baseball

Police say vehicle possibly taken by teenagers

Durango Police are searching for two teenagers who allegedly stole an ATV owned by Durango Youth Baseball that was stored at the La Plata County Fairgrounds.

Durango Police said via Facebook that the ATV - a 2005 camouflage Suzuki - was stolen around 2:30 p.m. June 6.

Durango Youth Baseball uses the vehicle for grooming the baseball fields at the fairgrounds.

The ATV was seen being driven west on Clovis Drive and then south on Delwood Avenue. Police say the vehicle was possibly taken by a male and female in their teens.

Calls to Durango Police and Durango Youth Baseball were not immediately returned Monday morning.

Anyone with information on the stolen ATV should call CrimeStoppers at 247-1112.
