Bayfield town trustees recently hired a marketing consultant to create branding and marketing for the town.
A representative from Avant Marketing Group of St. Louis will be at the Feb. 16 town board meeting and will meet with Bayfield High School students on Feb. 17. On Feb. 18 they will hold a community focus group meeting at the Pine River Senior Center starting at 7 p.m. All interested community members are invited to provide input on the town identity. The meeting will last about 90 minutes.

The branding effort comes out of recommendations from a downtown revitalization consultation in March 2015 by Downtown Colorado Inc.
