Southwest Colorado real estate agent Ashley Blackmore announced her new boutique brokerage, Blackmore Group.
Blackmore is 29 and has employed a real estate team of 11 agents, who produced more than $71 million in sales last year. The brokerage provides services to Southwest Colorado towns from Pagosa Springs to Telluride.
Blackmore wanted to establish her own luxury brokerage where previous affiliate fees could be put back into her community.
