Hey, news flash! When a person brakes on a highway while traveling allotted speeds, there is usually a good reason.
Maybe there are deer on the road. Maybe the vehicles following that driver should not punch the gas and pass a vehicle braking hard on a highway.
Maybe it’s for another reason, like, someone may be walking into oncoming traffic, or maybe someone has a stalled vehicle on the road, who knows. Either way, people need to use their common sense to slow down and use caution – words for the unwise and unconcerned!
