Karl Hanlon, who is running for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District seat, will be in Durango on Monday, March 5, to talk with voters.
Hanlon, a Democrat, will hold two meetings: from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave., and at 7:30 p.m. at Carver Brewing Co., 1022 Main Ave.
The Glenwood Springs chief legal counsel is vying to be the Democratic nominee to challenge U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton, R-Cortez, in the 2018 congressional race.
Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District is predominately rural and includes 29 counties over 54,000 square miles.
