Downtown Colorado, Inc. has announced the winners of its annual Governor’s Awards for Downtown Excellence.
DCI’s Governor’s Awards for Downtown Excellence recognize outstanding projects and people in Colorado that demonstrate creativity in the face of challenges, unlikely and enduring partnerships and dedication to community to further downtown initiatives.
The 2019 Governor’s Awards for Downtown Excellence winners included Best Event, Festival or Recurring Activity winner, The MAIN Event! in Durango.
Jackie Morlan of Bayfield was also recognized with the Vicki Mattox Downtowner of the Year award.
