The Durango Education Foundation offers college scholarships for seniors graduating from Durango School District 9-R high schools.
Award amounts range from $1,000 to $10,000. The deadline to apply is Feb. 1. Scholarship winners will be announced later that month.
Applications are available from counselors at Durango High School and Big Picture High School, online at www.durangoeducationfoundation.org (go to “What We Fund – Scholarships”) or by calling 385-1491.
Connections Academy online students can apply by special invitation only.
