Melinda McCusker, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides services at Four Corners Health Care Center in Durango, was recognized for outstanding service by Encounter Telehealth during the American Association of Nurse Practitioners National Nurse Practitioner Week, Nov. 12-18.
Of more than 200,000 U.S. nurse practitioners, about 9,000 are board certified in psychiatric mental health.
McCusker treats patients in Colorado, Minnesota and South Dakota.
