A candy-free Halloween story time for children and their families will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 26 at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
Stories, songs, rhymes, trick-or-treating and other fun activities will be featured. Story time will last about 30 minutes, and attendees are encouraged to wear costumes.
The event is free and open to all.
