I am responding to Laura Avant of Denver’s recent letter to the editor, “
Our forefathers had the wisdom to insure that one group of people do not cram their decisions down our throats, like, for example, people in big cities dictating who leads our country.
The Electoral College is there for a reason, and I very much believe in it.
If the Electoral College is done away with, it will then be the beginning of the end of our country.
