The Families Belong Together Rally will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave.
Participants are encouraged to bring signs in support of the families who have been separated at the United States-Mexico border.
Those who plan to attend should be aware that The Durango Herald will have a reporter and photographer at the event to write a story. The photographer will not take pictures of peoples’ faces, and the reporter will not quote attendees if they ask not to be quoted.
