With help from Local First, The Durango Farmers Market plans to highlight businesses in the local food sector that source local ingredients and produce their foods in town.
The businesses will be offering samples to market customers until they run out and will be available to talk to people about their products and business and their commitment to buying local.
The lineup is:
Sept. 7: Best Kind FermentsSept. 14: Nature’s Oasis DeliSept. 21: Zia Tortilla Factory Sept. 28: The Mahogany GrilleZia Tortilla factory is a spin-off of Zia Taqueria and will be making its community debut at the farmers market.
