Get BP to help to eradicate sweet clover

Sweet clover, that yellow-flowered weed that is popping up just about everywhere, is an invasive species that is rapidly displacing native plants and grasses. Some plant it for animal fodder. BP plants it on its easements, including one that goes through my property.

I’m now compelled to spend a lot of time trying, with little success, to keep this weed from invading my entire yard!

The public should be made aware, and planting of this weed should be discouraged. BP needs to change its policy while eradicating this weed from all locations where they planted it.

If you have this plant on your property, get rid of it and replace it with a native plant that is managable!
