Mary Oswald, a hand therapist at San Juan Hand Therapy, will give a free talk called “Nonsurgical Management of Arthritis in the Hands” from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 27, at Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.
She will discuss symptoms of arthritis, management of arthritis, joint protection and splint options. Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions about how to manage arthritis.
