Mercy wins honor for medical records
HIMSS Analytics has awarded Mercy Regional Medical Center a Stage 7 award for its electronic medical records system. Stage 7, the highest rank, reflects Mercy’s advanced patient-record system.
Mercy is the first hospital in the Centaura Health network to receive the Stage 7 rank.
Mercy is in good company. Fewer than 2 percent of hospitals in the country have achieved the HIMSS Analytics Stage 7 award. The list includes the Mayo Clinic, Stanford Hospital and Kaiser Permanente.
