Annual health summit to be held Sept. 20
The Citizens Health Advisory Council will host the fourth annual Health Summit of La Plata County on Sept. 20 at DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
Breakfast will start at 7:15 a.m., and presentations will begin at 8 a.m.
Speakers from the Center for Improving Value in Health Care, Fort Lewis College, Colorado Health Institute, Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved, Mercy Regional Medical Center/Centura Health and Connect for Health Colorado will discuss upcoming health-care changes.
