Health insurance help available

San Juan Basin Health Department is co-sponsoring a walk-in enrollment and information event about signing up for health insurance from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.

Assistance and information will be available from employees of San Juan Basin Health, the La Plata Family Centers Coalition and local insurance brokers.

Anyone who wants to enroll or get more information about Connect for Health Colorado or Medicaid can stop by without an appointment.
