Workshop to be offered to caregivers
Mercy Regional Medical Center invites health care workers and other professional caregivers to “Staying Sane in a Crazy, Rapidly Changing World,” a free workshop from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 8 at Mercy’s Diagnostic Services building, 2577 Main Ave.
Workshop presenters will discuss stress, professional change, resiliency, mindfulness, self-care and wellness as they apply to professional caregivers.
