Mercy ranks among top community hospitals

Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango was recognized as one of “100 Great Community Hospitals” by Becker’s Hospital Review.

Mercy, which is part of the Centura Health network, was one of only three Colorado hospitals recognized in 2016.

The Becker’s editorial team selected hospitals from across the country based on rankings and awards from health analytics companies. Becker’s defines a community hospital as one with fewer than 550 beds and minimal teaching programs.
