Doctor offers women’s wellness services
Four Corners Laser & Aesthetics announces that Dr. Christopher Roach is offering women’s wellness and health visits.
His services include annual, well-woman examinations and health consultations, menopause and gynecological management and cervical cancer (pap smear) screening. Patients also will be counseled on various wellness components such as nutrition, weight loss and exercise.
Roach has practiced obstetrics and gynecology for more than 40 years and is a board certified gynecologist.

‘Age of Champions’ film to be shown
San Juan Regional Medical Center will host the feature documentary “Age of Champions” at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Totah Theater, 315 W. Main St. in Farmington.
“Age of Champions” is the story of a group of athletes all chasing gold at the National Senior Olympics. The film shares the importance of celebrating life at any age.
After the film, director Chris Rufo will participate in a question-and-answer session.

Pediatric Associates to offer classes
Pediatric Associates of Durango, 1199 Main Ave., Suite 205, will offer these classes:
Free infant massage class for parents and babies ages 2 to 6 months will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 21 and Feb. 18 and from 10 to 11 a.m. Jan. 31 and Feb 7.
Free children’s yoga class for parents and children ages 3 to 7 will take place from 4:40 to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16 and Feb. 13.
