After a 2020 pandemic hiatus, the Pine River Valley Heritage Museum will reopen June 8.
With free admission, the museum on Mill Street in Bayfield features four rooms of artifacts, including a reconstructed one-room school. Staffed completely by volunteers, the museum is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays until the end of September.
