With freshman forward Hilda Garcia booking 11 points, the Bobcat girls got the better of their San Juan Basin League rival, 41-37 in the preceding contest.

Junior Gibran Silva contributed seven points and freshman Avionne Gomez five in helping IHS defeat Ridgway.
Against Durango, the Ignacio boys prevailed in a 50-33 pounding of the 4A team.
The Bobcat girls also welcome Mancos to SunUte Community Center tonight for a 6:30 p.m. start, and will then accompany the fellows up to Telluride Saturday for a 2 p.m. tip against the as-yet winless Lady Miners.
