I have been a Durango Herald subscriber for 30 years and the primary reason I get it is for local news.
We can get national and world news other places.
So many of the editorial columns are nonsensical and rambling about issues very removed from the Four Corners or pertinent issues.
The editorial column is a good place for well thought out summaries and opinions on issues that matter to many of us that live here.
