Sandwich shop offers delivery
No longer will residents of Southwest Colorado be deprived of Jimmy John’s.
Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches has opened at 14th Street and Main Avenue in Durango.
The space at 1316 Main Ave., Suite B, recently had housed Quiznos, a competitor. Both chains make fast-food sandwiches.
The company is based in Champaign, Illinois. Jimmy John’s offers both sub and club sandwiches. It’s perhaps best known for offering delivery. Delivery or pickup orders can be submitted online at www.jimmyjohns.com.
Jimmy John’s opened a shop in Farmington in August 2013.
Until now, the closest Colorado location was in Grand Junction. Jimmy John’s has numerous locations on the Front Range.
