Joy Frazer with Joy of Life Family Medicine will host a breastfeeding workshop for mothers- and fathers-to-be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kids Rock, 563 Main Ave.
The class will cover topics such as the benefits of breastfeeding, proper latch and positioning, how to know if your baby is getting enough and more. A manual will be provided, and participants are encouraged to bring their partners.
Cost for the class is $25 per family.
