The good news is that the most corrupt, incompetent and immoral president in the history of our country will exit the Oval Office by Jan. 20. He will then be subject to criminal investigation from the city and state of New York.

The other good news is that Scott Tipton will no longer represent La Plata County in the House of Representatives. His replacement, Lauren Boebert, will provide two years of comedic relief, but again, no representation of La Plata County.

I suspect the QAnon advocate and Glock-strapping carrier in the halls of Congress will not be taken seriously. I look forward to the day when the 3rd Congressional District of Colorado will be something other than a joke.
