This year the Friends of the Pine River Library in Bayfield has set a goal to establish a Local History Corner. This section will include written materials, artifacts and access to ancestory.com, where the public can research their own lineage.
The local history corner will help patrons to connect with the past, develop new understandings and honor the generations of people who came before us.
All donations to the Friends of the Pine River Library received between Nov. 1 and Dec. 9 will be applied toward this special project.
