Mercy Regional Medical Center will hold a five-week workshop on sugar detoxing starting with an online segment Jan. 8 to Feb. 5 and in-person meetings from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays Feb. 20 to March 20 at Mercy Sports Medicine, 327 South Camino del Rio in Durango.

Cost is $25 and includes “The 21-Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide.”
